📦 Delivery Policy

At Boxes & Board International, we provide fast, reliable, and free delivery across the UK using trusted couriers. Here’s all you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and dispatch orders during these business hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

⏱ Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed on Mondays to Thursdays before 2:00 PM, or on Fridays after 12:00 PM, are dispatched the next working day (usually Monday).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Delivery on Most of Our Range!

Most of our products have free delivery, however some of our more competitively priced products shipping is £5.99.

We ship your orders using one of these trusted couriers:

  • DPD Local

  • APC Overnight

All deliveries are:

  • Fully tracked

  • Delivered within 1 working day after dispatch

  • No signature required

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak seasons, or weather.

🌍 Delivery Locations

We deliver to UK addresses only.

❌ We do not ship internationally, including to the EU, due to Brexit customs and VAT restrictions.

We also do not deliver to:

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Any addresses outside the UK mainland

🔍 Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to monitor your parcel in real time via the courier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 1 working day of your order, please contact us.

❗ Delivery Issues

Please contact us if:

  • Your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 working days of dispatch

  • Your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t been received (notify us within 3 working days)

  • Your parcel arrives damaged (report within 48 hours, ideally with photos)

We’ll work with the courier to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
